Refund & Exchange Policy

At Jumel, we strive to ensure a smooth and satisfying shopping experience for our customers.

To provide transparency and convenience, we offer an “Open & Check on Delivery” option in collaboration with our shipping partner. This allows you to inspect, try on, and confirm your order at the time of delivery.

Important:

• The delivery moment is the only time you are allowed to check, try, and evaluate the product.

• If you are not satisfied, you may (decline the order immediately) with the courier. Return fees may apply.

After Delivery:

• Once the order has been received and accepted, refunds are no longer applicable.

• We only offer an exchange option in case of size issues or manufacturing defects.

Exchange Conditions:

• The item must be unused, in original condition, and returned with its original packaging.

• Exchange requests must be made within 14 days from the delivery date.

• Shipping fees for exchanges may apply.
